2017 is here and this means one thing, new smartphones are prepping up for introduction. While the market is usually starred by popular phones like the iPhones and Galaxies, underrated ones are also expected to be shown off this year. When we say underrated, we mean smartphones with super competitive specs but are given little attention by consumers. This may be just a forecast but this is pretty much a conclusion based on previous launches. Here's our list of upcoming smartphones from underrated phone brands.
LG V30
The LG V30 will be the successor to the LG V20. There haven't been a lot of leaks that came out about this upcoming phone. Nevertheless, as per GSM Arena, popular leakster evleaks has mentioned the device, thus implying that it actually does exist. Tech bloggers even interpreted the leakster's statement as a clue that LG will be ditching the secondary screen in the LG V30.
HTC 11
Codenamed HTC Ocean, the supposed HTC 11 is expected to be launched early in the year. This phone could be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor and come with a superb display. It could also boast of a RAM size as big as 8 GB.
OnePlus 4
The OnePlus 4 is one of the most anticipated devices coming in this 2017. Its predecessors from 2016 namely OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T both received satisfying reviews from people. With that said, fans expect OnePlus to once again wow the audience with the OnePlus 4.
The company has been known for its budget-friendly yet uber-competitive flagship devices. This is why a lot of people await its new flagship year after year. Do note that the OnePlus 3 is just being sold for $399 and the OnePlus 3T for as low as $439. This is pretty competitive in a market where flagship phones are sold for about $700 on average.
LG G6
The LG G6 is also expected to be a very improved successor to its predecessor. As per IB Times, this phone is rumored to launch with an all-glass body. The phone is also expected to sport a 5.4 inch display with a good 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. The LG G6 should also be powered by the fast Snapdragon 835 processor.
