See What The Samsung Galaxy 8 Looks Like With Leaked Photos

Samsung makes the Internet go crazy again. First, the buzz was on the fiery Galaxy 7 in 2016 and now, netizens are scratching their heads while trying to figure out if the allegedly leaked Galaxy 8 photos are the real deal.

Nothing has been confirmed as of now. However, the design does match the reported description of the mobile device. Galaxy 8 apparently will not have a bezel, or the rim that holds the covering. You can find curves edges on the phone. The navigation and physical home buttons also seem to have been ditched but there might be buttons hidden somewhere. We might be getting a home button and fingerprint scanner already embedded into the screen.

The photo of the Samsung Galaxy 8 sporting a gold color that has been making rounds on the Internet came from the popular Chinese social site, Weibo. It can be viewed for analyses on the Slashleaks website. The display also seems to be around 5.7 inches to 6.2 inches in size. What seems to be clear is that the screen featured is bigger than the Galaxy S7 Edge which came with a 5.5-inch display, especially because of the notable absence of the home button.

So, is this the real deal? We were supposed to have that answered this February during the Mobile World Congress which will run from February 27 until March 2. Samsung traditionally makes an appearance in the show, however, Samsung will most probably set its own event in New York in March 2017 while Galaxy 8 will be sold on April 18.

This delay isn't really much of a shocker. Samsung has even purportedly sent emails to every company employee, telling them to be much more secretive. We are sure Samsung is just making sure to keep every detail perfect and guarantee that Galaxy 8 will avoid the same fate of its predecessor.
