Pokemon Go Update: Baby Pokemon Available In The Wild?

Last December, Niantic has released a surprise update for Pokemon Go which featured the tiny cute Baby Pokemon. Apparently, these Baby Pokemon are only available via Pokemon Eggs. That means they can only be acquired by hatching the Eggs a trainer possessed. Now, players are wondering if Niantic should consider adding these Pokemon in the wild.

According to the report from Otakukart, Pokemon Go Gen 2 update is expected to arrive anytime soon and as part of the generation 2 Pokemon, these Baby Pokemon should be encountered in the wild. In addition, it is expected that the present list of Pokemon will be fully reformed by generation 4 as the evolved form will now be replaced by their respective Baby Pokemon and will no longer be hatched from eggs.

However, it seems like it will not happen due to the changes mentioned above which will cause a massive replacement of the evolved form into their respective pre-evolved form. As a result, it will cost players an extra amount of Pokemon candies just to acquire their desired form. If this will happen, Niantic should release an update that will reduce the candy cost during evolution or a free evolution if a particular Pokemon comes in its Baby form.

Meanwhile, on other news, most of the players are now leaning towards Pokemon Go's future mini and seasonal events, which will feature several limited-edition Pokemon such as the previous Santa Hat Pikachu and more in-game bonuses. In addition, these players are also hoping for Niantic to have their next major update which is expected to arrive sometime around this year.

Pokemon Go has regained its popularity since Niantic hosted their first-ever Halloween Event last November and follow-up events such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Currently, rumors regarding a possible Valentine's Day Event is now surfacing online which is expected to feature another set of unique bonuses to their Pokemon Go fans. Stay tuned for more updates.
