Nintendo NES Classic Can Easily Get Hacked....But Also Cracked

According to The Inquirer, a modder called Madonkey along with the Russian retro community GBX, managed to hack the Nintendo NES Classic, which was a move that subsequently the Reddit users publish it and started to do it as well. However, the thing about this operation is that you have to crack the console, which makes it dangerous considering that a single move could easily get your Nintendo NES Classic damaged enough to kill it.

Naturally, being a hardware operation, the huge problem about the hack is that if you make a hash of it, the Nintendo NES Classic will simply not work anymore. In fact, the guarantee won´t be useful, considering that this kind of problem doesn't count even if the gamers have kept their receipts since this is something blamed on the alleged user´s irresponsibility. Given this situation, founding attorney of Morrison/Lee, Ryan Morrison, explained that trying to jailbreak the console violates everything from the Tos to the warranty, so this move is made by users´ own risks.

The Nintendo NES Mini Can Also Get Hacked

As reported by Euro Gamer, the Nintendo NES Mini can also be hacked in the same way by the customers, and expand its own 30 games library, which is definitely something unbelievably great for those who wants to excel their experience with this console. However, the big surprise was that Nintendo expected the fans to do this, so it kept a secret message within the system code, so those who managed to hack the device read it.

The full message says: "This is the hanafuda captain speaking. Launching emulation in 3...2...1. Many efforts, tears and countless hours have been put into this jewel. So, please keep this place tidied up and don't break everything! Cheers, the hanafuda captain."
