Probably one of the biggest topics in the Pokemon GO community lately is the release of Legendary Pokemon. These creatures have long been promised by Niantic, though no certain date has been revealed. Well, it seems to be unearthed now. This is thanks to an anonymous source who unveiled the studio's entire plans for the said species.
An insider from SlashGear suggests that the next major Pokemon GO update will bring the highly anticipated Legendary Pokemon. In fact, this has long been overdue. It just so happens that various considerations were made all for the sake of China.
It's worth noting that Pokemon GO is currently blocked in the aforementioned country. Hence developer Niantic is trying to meet every detail, looking for a way to reverse the situation. The implementation of the ban is being worked out with the country's State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT).
Many believe that the next update or event for Pokemon GO will be focused on China. That's because the country is considered as a great potential for the future of the mobile game. One reason is the fact that it offers a billion of population. That quantity alone is enough to bring huge numbers to the titular Augmented Reality game.
With the aforesaid, the studio is going to make adjustments to Pokemon GO. Obviously, these are going to be all about winning the hearts of the Chinese fans. Once license is acquired, the company can be expected to double their time. After all, the country is already a few months behind the other nations. And what better way to do this? Well, that's by releasing the Legendary Pokemon.
The most interesting part here is a Pokemon GO event might be released on the day of the Chinese New Year (January 28). This alone here is going to be a massive drop, not mentioning how timely it's going to be. This is for the main reason that Legendary Pokemon will be released by then. Besides, these creatures have long been promised by Niantic.
