Gravity Rush 2 provides Kat with several new abilities. This quick guide can help the heroine unlock those powers using the Talismans.
Looking For Talismans
First place to look for Talismans is through mining expeditions inside the Gravity Storms. Kat though must first get Misai's consent. He is located at the Banga Mining Airship. Once Kat has chosen the expedition, proceed to collect the Gravity Ore and fight any enemy she might encounter.
During the mining operations, Kat will encounter several Talismans. Players will know it since the stones will appear on the screen. The heroine can take the items to the mining ship for appraisal. The stones are then converted to Talismans ready for use. Unused ones can either be stored or thrown away. Some of the Talismans are available via Treasure Hunts or special online events.
Using The Talismans
There are currently three types of Talismans in the game which are circular, moon- shaped and the Trinity. To equip Kat with Talismans, go to the Option button and open the Talisman Menu by pressing X.
Players will see the three Talismans divided by sections. Kat will most likely obtain the Circular Talismans first. Press the middle section to see the special abilities available to Kat. To know what Talisman can do, simply highlight one. Its powers are listed at the right area. Players can press X to equip the Talisman they like.
What Can Talismans Do
Currently, one Talisman called Power Kick can increase the damage of Kat's Gravity Kick while Bounce increases the Gravity Slide Attack. A Talisman called Serum could reduce the poison damage by half. Meanwhile, the Gem Attractor can increase the radius where gems including Talismans are found. Efficient Kick reduces the amount of energy Kat has to use in Gravity Kicks. Gravity Rush 2 is a newly released game and there's no doubt more Talismans will be discovered.
