How The 2017 Samsung Flagships Could Beat Apple's iPhone 8

Samsung and Apple are two of the most popular names when it comes to smartphones, and it's no longer a secret that the competition between these two is one of the interesting ones in the market. Of course, both companies offer something different to the masses, but as a whole, these two vie for people's patronization more than anything. With that said, it's exciting to see how both the iPhone 8 and Samsung's flagships will compete this year.

Samsung And Apple's Competition

It's undeniable that when it comes to hyping people up, Apple wins the game. Over the past years, it has almost become a tradition that people line up outside Apple Stores to be the first ones to get the new iPhones. Most of these people start falling in line even before the sun comes out. With that said, it's pretty obvious that Apple is one tough brand to compete with. As for Samsung, it was hard to identify its fan base, and having two flagship series doesn't really help in creating a big fad the same way Apple does it. Nevertheless, in 2017, there's a good chance that Samsung would be the one to reign the smartphone world.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8's Positive Forecasts

Samsung has already mentioned their two 2017 phablets, the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy Note 8. However, among the two, it's probably the Note 8 that's getting more attention. It's worth noting that when the Note 7 was recalled, not every owner participated and this actually even led to the rollout of a bricking update for Note 7. This practically forecasts that when the Note 8 gets released Note fans that are looking for an upgrade will definitely get the next-gen Note phablet as soon as they can.

As per Android Authority, Samsung's CEO DJ Koh said that their investigation led to the conclusion that the Note series has lots and lots of loyal customers. Additionally, Samsung US's COO Tim Baxter also said that thousands of people have registered for new product updates from Samsung, to which he concludes that "they made it clear, they want a Note".

Samsung Galaxy S8 Vs Apple iPhone 8

When it comes to new technologies, the battle is real between the two companies. As per Techno Buffalo, there's a solid chance that the S8 will beat the iPhone 8 when it comes to new tech. Considering the fact that the S8 will launch earlier than the iPhone 8, Samsung might deprive Apple of the chance to wow the consumers with technologies that both companies plan on unveiling.

As per the rumors, the S8 could come with a curved Quad HD Super AMOLED display. There will be no home button and the fingerprint scanner will be positioned underneath the screen. Additionally, the Galaxy S8 is expected to be powered by the fastest Snapdragon chip and come in two size variants.
