Mobius Final Fantasy Tie-In With Final Fantasy 7 Remake Coming To Steam Soon

Square Enix has recently announced that Mobious Final Fantasy will be launched on Feb. 6 for Windows PC through Stream. This is an RPG free-to-play video game for mobile devices. One day after its launch, the game developer said it will roll out its promotional event for the upcoming Final Fantasy 7 Remake using the mobile video game.

This Video Game Will Also Be Free-To-Play In PC

Mobious Final Fantasy for Windows PC will also be free-to-play as it is in mobile devices. As for its images, this video game is also visually attractive as it is in mobile gadgets. But because it will now be on playable on PC, gamers can expect the standards to be of higher quality.

The Visuals Of The PC Version Are Of Higher Quality

According to Square Enix, the Steam version of Mobius Final Fantasy is visually better because it will be on "full HD" or in 1920 x 1080P resolution. Naoki Hamaguchi, project leader of the video game said support of up to 4K resolution will be available for PC ports. The refresh rate will be between 60 to 120 frames per second.

Another advantage that Mobius Final Fantasy offers for gamers is that they will be able to transfer their game data from their mobile version to their PC version. In addition, the promotional tie-in with Final Fantasy 7 Remake will allow the use of game assets from the PlayStation project that include models of the Mako Reactor and Cloud.

Veteran Creators Of FF7 Are Developing Mobious Final Fantasy

Commenting on the crossover, Hamaguchi said that players of Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be joining Cloud on his adventures. He previously went astray in Palamecia and gamers will witness how his decisions will affect the rest of the story. Hamaguchi added that there will be a lot of emotional moments in the game as the in-game events unfold.

Some of the veterans of the Final Fantasy series have been working on Mobius Final Fantasy. They include writer Kazushige Nojima and producer Yoshinore Kitase. Both have worked in the creation of Final Fantasy 7. They are now busy with the development of its remake.
