If there's one game that continues to age perfectly, it's no other than DotA 2. And now, a new in-game event has arrived -- it's no other than the Dark Moon. Valve definitely knows how to surprise its fanbase in a completely different way. For those who've yet to get a ballpark idea about it, this is a perfect article to catch up.
According to iDigitalTimes, the aforementioned DotA 2 content has its own separate queue. And this will continue to exist until it ends sometime in February. It's also worth noting that the studio specifically designed it so as not to force players to rely on any existing matchmaking.
Once DotA 2 players start a round, the Dark Moon content will ask players to try to survive a couple of increase "shades." Later on, as the game goes by, it starts to horde darkness destroying the very temple of players. As long as a player survives, he/she gets to player more event points in the future. And take note: these can be utilized on lots of rewards specifically designed for the aforesaid content.
Valve has already announced that Dark Moon DotA 2 event won't be a long one. This is most especially with the studio's plan to release yet another content next month. The upcoming one will arrive regardless of whether or not players were able to finish the first one.
