Gravity Rush 2 Tips, Tricks: Here Are All the Dusty Token Rewards

Gravity Rush 2 introduces a new in-game currency wherein players can score a ton of new items and tokens. Learn where to get these coins known as Dusty Tokens to unlock the following exclusive equipment.

The latest installment in the franchise offers a lot of quests and activities for players to do. If fans successfully complete these activities, they will be rewarded with Dusty Tokens which is named after Kat's familiar companion. Luckily, the game is not stingy in giving players a number of tokens they need.

Unlocking Dusty Tokens

According to Prima Games, fans can easily keep track of their tokens by going to the options and then scrolling down to System. From there, players must tick the Statistics tab and scroll all the way down to see the current amount of their in-game currency.

To earn it, fans can try their hand in Challenge Missions wherein they must reach a certain objective within a specific amount of time. Their results can be uploaded online so that other players can try to beat that certain timed score. Whoever 'wins' the challenge will be awarded some Dusty Tokens.

On the other hand, gamers can also partake in the Treasure Hunt challenge to earn currency wherein they use a clue from other players to seek out chests. This hint takes the form of a photograph that fans capture after they find the treasure. These chests are spread all over the map and may lie on top of buildings, below houses, beneath awnings and more.

Finally, players can make use of the Photo Mode to snap some interesting pictures and upload them to the game's servers. From there, other gamers can review the photos and give either a good or bad ratings. The player who took the picture will receive tokens if they receive good ratings.

That aside, IGN reports the items that players can earn from collecting a specific amount of tokens. 10 will unlock the 'Upside-Down Man' photo item while 100 gives the 'Salute' gesture. Moving on, 300 earns the 'Worker' costume and 500 gives the 'Miner's Technique' talisman.

Players can earn the 'Traffic Cone' photo item after earning 1000 coins while the 'School Uniform 1.0' uniform unlocks for 2000. The 'You There' gesture unlocks after earning 4000 tokens while reaching 5000 gives players the 'Shifter 1.0' costume. Finally, players who get 6000 tokens will unlock the 'Unlimited Potential' talisman.

It is worth noting that two of the three costumes actually come from the previous game. The other items give the player the option to mix things up and further enhance their gameplay experience. Fans can start unlocking all these paraphiliae in Gravity Rush 2 for the PS4.
