Resident Evil 7 DLC Update: Capcom Released Trailer For The Upcoming DLC

Several days have passed since Resident Evil 7 has been made available worldwide, and it already reached its 3rd best launch week debut in the franchise's history. It is also appropriate to say that there are already numerous survival-horror fans that are excited for the post-launch content of the game.

Due to this, Capcom has already released the title's initial expansion called Banned Footage Vol. 1, as PlayStation 4 fans have already received it before PC and Xbox One players. The studio has also given a short teaser about the DLC along with the original trailer, according to Game Rant.

As what can be seen in the trailer that was uploaded on the Biohazard official YouTube channel, there are numerous frights that lurk within the Baker family mansion as the game's Banned Footage Vol. 1 DLC requires its players to escape the powerful supernatural hillbilly clan for survival.

On the contrary, this is the case for all of Resident Evil 7's promotional material which led into the base game's launch, although the latest trailer is quite mysterious when it comes to specific content that can be found in the expansion. Therefore, Capcom has made sure to give the official rundown of their first add-on as well as providing details on two new chapters and an extra mode.

For those who are excited on getting their hands on Resident Evil 7's Banned Footage Vol. 1 DLC, there are numerous methods that this can be done. Those fans who want to purchase the game's first expansion as a standalone item, they will have to pay $10 and the next Banned Footage volume will cost $15 alone.

However, the most efficient way to get the Resident Evil 7's post-launch content in full will be to secure a Season Pass that costs $30. This already contains Banned Footage Vol. 1 and 2 and an extra story chapter.
