Ark Survival: Evolved News: Studio Wildcard Has A New Plan For The Game; Here's What We Know

Since Ark: Survival Evolved has been earning positive feedbacks, Studio Wildcard has started to make the game more complicated. The developer is testing how will the game be appreciated without certain features.

Experiments In Ark: Survival Evolved

Ark: Survival Evolved is all about surviving, dinosaurs and islands. However, Studio Wildcard has launched a new server wherein the players will experience a new gaming experience. The developer has removed taming, breeding or riding the dinosaurs.

According to PC Gamer, when the players have decided to join the experiment on Ark: Survival Evolved, the players will not be able to do the usual things in the normal game. Studio Wildcard is determined to test how will the players react once their dinosaurs are not around.

Also, Studio Wildcard is only allowing 120 players and the tribes consist of 10 players. Their beloved dinosaurs are still in the experiment but they cannot control them. The developer clarified that the ancient creatures are still needed in Ark: Survival Evolved.

Other Updates In Ark: Survival Evolved

As per Express, v254 of Ark: Survival Evolved is already available for PC platforms. The update will be available for PS4 and Xbox One on Feb. 12. However, the update for the other two platforms, it will be divided into different phases.

The first phase of v254 includes different wardrobes such as TEK Helmet, TEK Boots, TEK Pants, TEK Gauntlets and TEK Shirt. Other items that are included in the update are TEK Rifle, TEK Rex Saddle, TEK Replicator and TEK Transmitter.
