After the success of its release, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege will have its new update the Velvet Shell. Ubisoft excites its fans as they release Rainbow Six Siege's season teasers. Along with the full reveal for Operation Velvet Shell later this week, the demo release of season two's 2 new characters named Mira and Jackal.
The demo release will happen this weekend along with a game's tournament on February 3-5 which will also be streamed at twitch, while the update's release will happen on Feb. 7. The reveal for Velvet Shell update and the two new characters is just a few days away!
The Teaser
What the teaser shows is a female attacker armed with horizontal elongated breach charges that can blow holes through the defender's barricaded walls which will surely annoy the defenders as they try to keep a few scant hiding places in their objective area. Though no other information were given, Ubisoft's blog teases that there will a lot more that will happen. This ability of Mira will surely be a great deal when wielded with the Thermite.
Along with MIra is a new character, Jackal, a defense character which can track enemy footsteps. Jackal is also a member of Spain's Grupo Especial de Operaciones. Both characters are free to those who have a 2-year season pass on Feb. 7, while other players can have both characters a week after purchasing them.
For those who have not played the game, Rainbow Six Siege is a first-person shooting game in which players have a full control on a Rainbow Siege anti terrorist operator. Each operator has their own unique nationality, abilities, bombs, weapons and gadgets. Rainbow Six Siege is one of the games that were anticipated by players. Tom Clancy, one of the persons behind the game's creation, has a new upcoming game entitled "Tom Clancy's: Ghost Recon".
