A mysterious LG smartphone with the model number "L63BL" has appeared at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The electronic company handed over test data and a chart demonstrating the name and couple of specifications.

The "L63BL" handset is designed for GSM, WCDMA, and LTE bands, including bands in the 850, 1700 and 1900, with LTE bands unlisted on the application, which implies the device could be one of those common LG device in the U.S.

Mysterious Handset, Baffling Letter

LG sent a Class II Cover Letter to the FCC stating that the gadget is similar to one that had been certified already, yet with a couple changes to the PCB. The giant electronic company included a confidentiality request letter. The block diagram, schematics, and operational phone description are to remain classified, while photographs of the smart gadget and its manual guide will be divulged when the gadget is released, as per Gizbot.

The handset underwent special PCTEST and has been revealed that the phone passed the network and inference tests and confirmed leaving no bugs to work out on the equipment end, which implies that the phone is likely nearing its release. The model number does not coordinate to any recently showcased LG smartphones, which implies this could be radically new to the LG's phone family.

Puzzling Specs

According to Android Headlines, the mysterious LG "L63BL" handset looks somewhat like the Optimus G Pro, however, it is very difficult to point out any subtle details besides from the absence of physical home button. The LG "L63BL" seems to own a 3.5-millimeter earphone jack on the base. It looks more of a low-end LG prepaid phone.

Inseparable Unit Hunt

Google shows pictures of LG "L63BL" handset for Walmart's US Straight Talk and Net 10 Tracfone service and curiously, it does not appear on the search engine. The search engines give no additional data. It has been speculated that the three telecom carriers are indeed the possible goals for the phone to be launched.
