Samsung Phablet Galaxy C5 Pro Hinted To Get An International Release

Samsung is a giant mobile phone company that's keen in supplying all kinds of smartphones to the market. With that said, this company has more smartphones in mind aside from their popular flagship phones. Apparently, Samsung is also a top producer of midrange phones that range in prices. One of their most rumored midrange phone today is the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro. It was initially said that this phone will only be launched in China. However, recent reports suggest that an international variant could also be released.

Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro Rumored For Outside-China Release

As per Sam Mobile, the China-specific model of the Galaxy C5 Pro has a model number of SM-C5010. This phone was first spotted last December at the WiFi Alliance. However, the most recently spotted C5 Pro variant comes with a different model number. According to the report, the same smartphone has been spotted at the WiFi Alliance but it now comes with SM-C501X as its model number. This may not confirm anything solid at this point in time, but it's still a big clue that Samsung might have actually prepared a Galaxy C5 Pro variant for another market. This unit may or may not materialize but it is hint enough that the company is considering the release of its phablet to the global market.

Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro Expectations

The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is expected to come with a 5.5-inch screen and a Full HD display. Being a midrange phone, this handset could be powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor. Nevertheless, this smartphone is also expected to be quite competitive when it comes to the RAM department. Rumor has it that the Galaxy C5 Pro could boast of 6 GB RAM on top of its 64 GB native storage. It may also offer great camera quality in the form of a 16 MP rear and a 16 MP front cameras.

Nevertheless, the Galaxy C5 Pro may not be running Android Nougat from the box. According to reports, this phone could run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Needless to say, this still goes without saying that until Samsung confirms the phone and its specs, none of these is official. Additionally, if the Galaxy C5 Pro indeed gets materialized, there's still no assurance that its international variant, if it does exist, will also sport the same specs as the China-only model. There is also no assurance that the supposed international variant will hit all markets worldwide.
