"Fairy Tail 521" is going to be exciting after the spell Universe One returned. Therefore, fans are expecting the return of Acnologia in the next chapter. And speaking of the villain, there are speculations that he and the fire mage Natsu are to a certain degree related. If that's true, a backstory should air soon to unravel their relationship.
Chapter 521: Will Turn Back Time
TrippedMedia made a good point in a recent report stating the uncanny resemblance of Natsu and Acnologia. Most fans have not noticed yet; but after the exposure, you will realize that they indeed have similar faces. The focus of this theory is the Natsu who came back from a year of training and the Acnologia in human form.
As per publication, creator Hiro Mashima is very delicate in character details. Even fans can confirm it as obvious to Irene's looks. He released the character's drawing even before she debuted in the series. Since then, rumors of her and Erza being related started circulating online. The story then validates that Irene is Erza's mother.
This could also be the case with Natsu and Acnologia. TrippedMedia said that the hair of both characters is notably similar. Even their facial hairs are the same. This leads them to conceptualize that these dragon slayers are actually related to each other. Visibly, there is no way to confirm this theory yet, but be prepared for the possible biggest twist in the series.
In the meantime, another possible enlightenment of these similarities between the two is that Natsu could be at a level where he could defeat a powerful enemy. This is somehow possible after all the training and fights Natsu has gone through. He might even reach Acnologia's level where he could transmute into a dragon. If that's the case, then the upcoming chapters might feature the end of his enemy.
Acnologia's Return On "Fairy Tail" 521
The last time fans saw the villain was when Irene threw him someplace to borrow time. Though the former awe-struck Acnologia, it is still not clear as to what he would do once he returns in the combat zone. There are theories that he would get mad for Irene have committed a suicide. Thus, he would release his anger and kill everyone that he comes across with. However, like other fan-based concepts, there is no way to confirm this until the next chapter. There could also be some throwback on the villain's life to take a break from all the action.
