According to reports from Game Rant, those who already have their own digital copies of Grand Theft Auto 4 on Xbox 360 might see the game appearing in the Ready to Install section of their Xbox One library, thus fans who have made a purchased of the physical iteration of the title would only need to insert the disc and download the game.
Rockstar has also made a confirmation that saved games from GTA 4 will be carried over from the Xbox 360 into the Xbox One, should players upload their save files into the cloud.
