Adele’s ‘Hello’ Prevails As Song Of The Year And Beyonce’s Grand Performance At The Grammys

Adele is on "fire". The stunning singer, who appeared dapper on her green long gown has done it again when she astonishingly bagged most of the major awards at the Grammy - which really is a no-brainer especially for her countless fans worldwide.

Adele Bagging Major Awards At The 59th Grammy Awards

Adele, just like what she has done and had accomplished with her album "21" five years ago, scoured the 59th Annual Grammy Awards after bagging major awards for her album "25" which won "Album of the Year" and "Song and Record of the Year" for her hit single "Hello".
Her album "25" is a major hit from all over the Globe and has bunked off Queen Bey's album "Lemonade" from getting major awards from the prestigious event. As expected, the awards night was a duel between the two great divas.

Adele, as history has it, is also the only artist who was able to win Album, Record and Song of the Year twice.

"My album of the year was ‘Lemonade,' so a piece of me did die inside, as a Beyoncé fan," Adele stated as the "superdiva' was interviewed in the media room after she uncomfortable accepted her award. She also stated that she totally adores Queen Bey and she wants her to be Adele's "mommy".

Beyonce And Her Show-Stopping Performance

During the event, Beyonce also wowed the crowd with an epic performance. Queen Bey's performance started shortly after her mother, Tina Knowles, introduced the diva.

Beyonce', who was so stunning and goddess-like in her form-fitting golden suit which showed Queen Bey's baby bump and golden crown amazed the crowd with her medley of the songs "Love Drought" and "Sand Castles."

The singer also bagged an award for her album "Lemonade" as the Best urban contemporary album. Queen Bey also gave a powerful speech stating that it is fundamental for her to show to her children images that would remind them of their beauty, intelligence and capability, and that this is a message that she would want for every child of every color and race.
