The iPhone 8 has probably been the mobile device with the largest amount of rumors before its official release, which clearly shows the way that Apple´s upcoming flagship is the most expected smartphone of 2017. Of every single rumor, one of the greatest that has been confirmed is the one suggesting that this product will support wireless charging, which represents an incredible leap in creating a huge revolution in the smartphone business. Nevertheless, new information reveals that there would be a problem with this outstanding feature.
iPhone 8´s Wireless Charging Won´t Be That Great
Apparently, the Cupertino company will be offering an optional accessory for wireless charging, and the company that will provide it would be Luxshare, which is believed to be also supplying the coils for the wireless charger that comes out of the box with the almighty Apple Watch. Naturally, even when this is a feature that will definitely boost the iPhone 8 into something out of this world, the fact that it won´t come free and requires a separate accessory, is something that might disappoint the customers, especially when the wireless charging has been the most expected detail of this mobile device.
More Bad News For Apple Fans
Unfortunately, the bad news regarding the iPhone 8 keeps showing up, since it is now known that this flagship is not going to come with a Lightning-to-3.5mm headphone jack adapter, which was one of the things that everyone was expecting.
In any case, the iPhone 8 is expected to be just 5-inches, although many people expect a 10th-anniversary special edition version that could be 5.8-inch. Also, this mobile device might come with an OLED panel with edge-to-edge glass and an outstanding Touch id that would be embedded under its screen. Unfortunately, another detail that customers probably won´t like, is that the iPhone 8 might cost $1,000, which seems as a really high price, even for a mobile device that is expected to blow everyone´s mind.
