Huawei released a 20-second video that went viral online, which officially confirmed the Chinese company would launch P10 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Barcelona. The most anticipated Huawei P9 successor will be unveiled on Feb. 26.
Viral Invitation Video
According to Talk Android, the 20-second invitation video of Huawei, which went viral on YouTube, did not reveal any information about the price and specifications of the P9 successor. The video also didn't set a picture of the handset. It was just an invitation to the MWC 2017 with the #OO and a tip about the dual camera setup.
Huawei P10 Updates
Many consumers speculated that the upcoming P10 would come with a 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. The smartphone will also feature a 5.5-inch QHD curved display. It was also reported on GSM Arena that the Huawei P10 will come in three different painted colors, which is gold, blue and green.
Reports also noted that the Huawei P10 will have a capsule-shaped home button at the bottom of the handset while the volume buttons will be situated on the right panel of the smartphone. Previous reports said that the handset might offer a fingerprint scanner, which might be placed below the front screen.
Many reports indicated that the Huawei P10 would be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat and EMUI 5. In addition, some rumors suggested that it might be equipped with Kirin 960 S0C. It may also have a USB Type-C charging port that may provide an impressive SuperCharge technology.
