Amandla Stenberg‬‬'s New Movie: What Is Severe Combined Immunodeficiency?

Amandla Stenberg's new movie "Everything, Everything" is garnering a lot of rave reviews at the moment. It won't be officially out for the next three months. But, its trailer is doing a great work of promoting who the lead role is and giving insights into her background, without compromising on the central message of the upcoming movie.

Amandla Stenberg first had a leading role in "The Hunger Games" where she played the character Rue when she was just 14. That was the movie that launched her career and shaped her public perception now as a teen activist and feminist that could one day be in great demand across America. Her new is set to further promote that ideal.

Amandla Stenberg's New Movie "Everything, Everything"

Amandla Stenberg's new movie "Everything, Everything" is based on a book written by Nicola Yoon. Stenberg plays Maddy, a sick 18-year-old girl confined by her mother to her home because she's suffering from some kind of immunodeficiency disease. Having been in home isolation all her life, Maddy comes in touch with Olly, a next door boy whom her mother never fully approves of.

It was love at first sight between Maddy and Olly and after a period of private chats, the two run away from home and Maddy could finally experience liberty and live out the enchanting stories Olly had been regaling her with during romantic moments. Maddy left a note for her mom informing her she's in love with Olly and glad to experience real life and liberty outside the confines of her home.

Amandla Stenberg's new movie and the theme song

Amandla Stenberg's new movie has theme songs that enrich the vitality of the movie and its central message. The song in the movie trailer is titled "Runnin' (Lose It All)", a collaboration between Naughty Boy, Beyonce and Arrow Benjamin. The background song adds emotional value to the movie by actually telling the story in a way that carries viewers along pretty well.

But then the song wasn't produced for this movie, it was actually released way back in September 2015. The theme song encourages people to be themselves and seek out pleasurable adventures because life does not go on forever - an apt message that captures the thematic essence of the movie. The movie is scheduled for release on May 19.

Amandla Stenberg's new movie and a case for immunodeficiency

The movie centers on the immunodeficiency condition of a teenager and her romantic adventures, but it also draws attention to people who are suffering the same condition. This is a health condition where the body is not able to defend itself against the invasion of diseases and infections, thereby opening up the body to minor and life-threatening medical conditions such as pneumonia, meningitis, and polio among others.

A child could also be born with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) syndrome that requires early diagnosis and treatment, or it might become a pediatric emergency. It is usually more serious and sometimes critical in infants because of their fragile immunity, but parents should not lose up but seek the medical help of specialists to handle the situation.
