Spoilers for the upcoming "Game of Thrones" season 7 are continuously exposing thrilling scenes from the installment. The latest to surface reveal that a new celebrity has been cast to play the role of an ally to Jon Snow. Furthermore, one of the show's stars hinted on the coming together of the "GOT" characters on scenes in season 7.
Rumors are rampant that "Game of Thrones" is almost ending as the series is reportedly getting its curtains closed with season 8. Spoilers for season 7 though seem to reveal that the series is still heading to its climax. Actress Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) previously hinted on this in her recent interview saying how the show already reaches its peak and how things in the upcoming season are heading towards the series' end.
Actor Liam Cunningham who plays Davos Seaworth also teased parts of the upcoming installment during an interview. In the "Game of Thrones" Live Concert Tour at Los Angeles, Cunningham revealed: "The progress of the show with the White Walkers and all that stuff, it's pretty obvious nobody's going to be able to take this force on their own." He then continued to spoil a few details more saying: "disparate stories come from disparate ends of Westeros... and it's been signaled from the end of last season that there's a lot of people and situations going to be coming together."
Although he hinted on a seemingly face to face encounter between the majority of the characters of "Game of Thrones," Cunningham was hesitant to reveal who these people were as well as drop clues on the upcoming season's plot. Apart from the original cast, a few additions are also said to come to the show, and one of them will be an important ally of Jon Snow.
Just recently, actress Megan Parkinson is reportedly playing a vital role in Jon Snow's life. The actress was spotted by the "GOT" followers in one of the sets of the show, and fans were quick to speculate that she will play as Jon's love interest. However, it was recently confirmed that Parkinson's will take the character of Alys Karstark instead.
Alys is revealed as the daughter of Lord Rickard Karstark. The latter serves as a bannerman of the Starks and fought alongside Ned Stark. The long history of the Karstarks with the Starks leads Alys to become an important piece to strengthen Jon's moves at the Wall, as checked on the book "A Song of Ice and Fire." Apart from these, nothing else was confirmed so fans will have to wait to see the "Game of Thrones" season 7 in April to find out the authenticity of the spoilers swirling around.
