Amidst the ongoing Universal Arc Tournament in Dragon Ball Super, the 12 Gods Of Destruction were revealed. Some of them looks very weird and intimidating while others look like a cartoonish character.

Late last year, fans were teased about an incoming tournament which will determine on who is the best fighter and the strongest Universe in the entire galaxy. Omni-King spearheaded the idea of having one of a kind tournament during another tournament which was held by Beerus and Champa. Omni-King then advised the Grand Priest to gather all the 12 Gods Of Destruction, together with their angels and their mightiest fighters.

The 12 Gods Of Destruction Revealed

The very first Gods of Destruction revealed were Champa and Beerus who are from Universe 6 and Universe 7. Then after a few weeks fans saw a glimpse of some eerie and mysterious Gods Of Destruction from other Universe. Few hours ago, Kanzenshuu just revealed the 9 remaining Gods of Destruction, and one common thing fans notice is, all of the Gods were named after an alcohol.

It might sound funny on how Akira Toriyama named these characters but nevertheless, they are somehow very related with the perception that he was thinking. The God of Destruction for Universe 1 is named Ivan or Iwen. Its name is derived from the word wine. He looks like a smaller version of Chewbacca. Xeres or Helles for Universe 2 which was discussed in the previous article. Universe 3 got Mosco, named after a cocktail vodka. A one-eyed robot-like creature with an interesting background.

Universe 4’s God of Destruction looks like a mouse and his name is Quitela(Tequila). Arak from Universe 5 who looks like an alien. Universe 8 has Liquir who looks like a wolf from the trio of Dangers. The Bearded God of Universe 9 name Sidra. Rumosh or Rum from Universe 10 who looks like an Indian God(elephant). The Clown God name Vermoud of Universe 11 and lastly, Geen from Universe 12 who looks like a mermaid.
