NVIDIA Tegra 4 Powered Toshiba Tablet Photos Leak, Runs Android Jelly Bean

After a long period of rumors, it looks like we may have a look at the much-rumored NVIDIA Tegra 4-powered Toshiba tablet.

The photos are of the Toshiba AT 10LE-A, which we saw pop up last month in an AnTuTu benchmark as coming with a Tegra 4 processor. Not long after that appearance, we saw the Toshiba AT15 and AT10-A-A-REGZA at the Wi-Fi Association and Bluetooth SIG.

The leaked photos come from the Greek website Techblog, which states that the Toshiba AT10LE-A has a 1.8GHZ NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor. Other features are said to include a 10.1-inch display, microSD, mini-HDMI and Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. Also available is the option of connecting to an external dock or keyboard.

The pictures certainly look convincing enough, but Toshiba has yet to make an official announcement regarding an Nvidia-powered tablet, so they should be taken with a healthy dose of skepticism. One interesting tidbit to take from the photos is the presence of a keyboard accessory, which falls in line with recent rumors concerning convertible Android devices. No word on release date, price, screen resolution or other specs has been given.

NVIDIA made quite a stir in one of our recent stories that reported its claim that the PlayStation 4's GPU will be superior to that of the Xbox 720. The claim comes in the form of a graph whereby the PlayStation 4 exceeds the Xbox 720 in GPU flops. NVIDIA also made the claim that its upcoming mobile processor Tegra 5 will outperform both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
