Last October 2016, famous "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, Kim Kardashian West has faced a frightening incident with robbers in Paris. Kim Kardashian was in Paris to attend the Paris Fashion Week when she was robbed inside her hotel room and was tied and gagged. The family hasn't really talked much about the incident, specially Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian's mom, until now. Clips of Kim speaking out to her family regarding the incident will also be aired in their reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
"It Was Devastating" According To Reality Mom, Kris Jenner
During an interview with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, Kris Jenner opened up at the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' regarding the incident with daughter Kim in Paris and admitted that "It was devastating." Kim was held by robbers at gunpoint and was robbed with millions of dollars worth of jewelries.
"Nobody can even get through the first five minutes without being hysterical. I get choked up just thinking about it and talking about it," Jenner stated. Kris added that she could not watch the footage for more than five minutes without getting really saddened and distressed.
Kim Kardashian West, According To Mom Kris Jenner Felt Better After Opening Up To Family
As the interview continued, Kris stated that Kim felt that opening up to her family and leaning on for support helped her feel better and that the reality star would also want to raise awareness regarding the upsetting incident.
According to Jenner, the filming of the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was halted after the incident but then admitted that getting back on track and starting to film again was very therapeutic for Kim as it helped her get over the horrifying incident while she walks her family through every bit and piece of what happened back in New York. Kris added that the incident has refined the way they lived their lives as well as the way they take care of their kids and grandchildren.
