The present "Golden Five" is considered as one of the most successful teams in the world and rightfully so as all of Virtus.Pro's members are currently sitting at the top ladder for the most top-earning CS:GO professionals in the world. As reported by Esportsearnings, a platform that tracks historical records and statistics for prominent Esport titles including League of Legends, Dota 2 and CS:GO, a player from Virtus.Pro has broken the record for the first person to reach $600,000 from tournament prize earnings alone.
Filip "Neo" Kubski
Considered by many as one of the best counter-strike players in history and is still highly popular today, the Polish player started playing counter-strike competitively way back in 2004 where both Neo and his teammate TaZ, earned their first prize money worth 40€. Since then, Neo has been climbing at the top of the competitive scene, winning tournaments after tournaments and cementing his name as one of the most successful CS:GO players to date.
Followed by Neo are non-other than, the four remaining players of the modern "Golden Five" namely: Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas, Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski, Paweł "byali" Bieliński, and Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski.
