Microsoft Bookings App Is Now Available For Android

Way back in July of last year, Microsoft unveiled its Bookings service as part of Office 365. Businesses using Office 365 can let their customers schedule appointments very easily from their company's website. This means you'll be able to manage and deal all of your appointments for your business right from all of your devices, including the Web.

The Booking App

The Bookings app is designed to keep track of professional bookings not only for your staff but most especially when meeting customers. The app also includes access to a calendar, customer lists, and a manual booking page. Microsoft releases the Bookings app in a beta late last year for Android devices, however, the company is taking it out of beta today.

The Booking App Features

If you've been using bookings for your work or business, you'll be able to use the Android app to view and manage your work calendar smoothly. Also, You can keep track of the availability of your staff real-time right from the app, and more like viewing and managing your calendar. Moreover, it also includes booking confirmations and reminders, the ability to reschedule and cancel bookings, create bookings or make changes to existing ones on-the-go, see real-time availability of your staff members, respond to customers quickly and easily, quickly get directions to where your next booking is and manage your customer list.

Bookings are amongst a series of other Microsoft apps that have made their way to Android. The entire Office suite has been available for a couple of years, while the SharePoint service was just made available last month. Bear in mind, the service is available only to Office 365 Business Premium users. So, you might not be able to have this service available depending on the plan you are subscribed to. However, if you can use Bookings, you can get the Android app for the service.
