Horizon: Zero Dawn has been receiving lots of excellent reviews since the restriction raised last week. Currently, players will finally be able to get their hands on the game to test it out for themselves. Meanwhile, the pre-load for Horizon: Zero Dawn is now available for those who don't want to wait for the game to download on its launch day.
According to the report from GearNuke, the latest game's file size was revealed at around 40 GB. On the other hand, a Nora Machine-Trapper bundle and a vibrant PS4 theme will be given as a pre-order bonus if the players will preorder the game from the PlayStation Store. The package includes weapon mods that enhance the weapons' stats as well as resources used for crafting.
Based on the report from Attack of the Fanboy, Horizon: Zero Dawn will be receiving a day-one patch. However, players of PS4 that are running low in space should not be worried since the update is subtle in size. The report mentions that Horizon: Zero Dawn's day one patch is just around 250MB. Day One patch will add the PS4 Pro support that which features Performance Mode. This new visual mode will cause a smoother framerates while offering a higher graphic reliability in the 1080p mode. Furthermore, the Performance Mode will be both available in 1080p and 4K displays.
On other news, the game's reception from the consumers is very decent, receiving a score of 4.5 over 5 stars from Attack of the Fanboy. For those who are uninitiated, Horizon: Zero Dawn will feature a likable new lead character named Aloy paired with a convincing story. The game will keep players invested, whether taking on the main story or even the numerous side quests that add more engagements to this exciting world.
Horizon: Zero Dawn will be released exclusively for PlayStation 4.
