"My Hero Academia" Season 2 will be streamed with English dub and subtitles next month. This was announced last Wednesday by FUNimation Entertainment. The dubbed versions of the anime series will be streamed the same day as the subtitled versions.
Here Is The Air Date Of The First Episode
The first episode of "My Hero Academia" Season 2 will air on April 1, 2017. Video streaming of the anime series will be available in Ireland, England, Canada and the United States. FUNimation also recently released a Season 2 teaser trailer of the hit TV series.
But There Is Sad News
But there is sad news regarding the author of "My Hero Academia" manga series. Apparently, the author of the manga, Kohei Horikoshi, has suffered a sudden illness.Therefore it was announced last Monday that the 14th issue of the manga series will not appear in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.
The Manga Series Will Have A One-Week Break
The editorial staff of the magazine announced that the manga will return in the 15th issue of the magazine which they will ship on March 13. With Horikoshi's sudden illness, the "My Hero Academia" manga series was forced to have a short break of just one week. Hopefully, the author will recover in time to continue working on the manga's future installments.
The Anime Series Will Air Every Saturday At 5:30 P.M.
Meanwhile, the "My Hero Academia" Season 2 anime series will air every Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Fans can watch the series on YTV (YomiuriTV) and NTV (Nippon TV). There will be an episode that will recap the show's first season. Season 2 will feature the U.A. Sports Festival arc of Horikoshi's original manga.
The OVA's Will Be Bundled With The Mange Volumes
"My Hero Academia" was launched by Horikoshi in the Weekly Shonen Jump two years ago. The 13th and 14th volumes of the manga series will be bundled with their respective OVA (original video anime) on April 4, 2017, and June 2, 2017. Shueisha published the 12th volume of the manga series on Feb. 3, 2017, in Japan.
