The latest update brought about major revamp on all quick moves which basically made a huge impact when it comes to defending and attacking gyms. For the most part, the game has inclined towards having moves that are hard to dodge rather than raw stats (CP excluded) and DPS. A thread from the SilphRoad subreddit provides details about newly updated moves and ranked them according to how fast they are to be executed during battle. It was then subdivided into two categories: Fast moves and Charge moves and ranked them according to their relevance with the current meta defenders. And so, here is the list of the deadliest Quick moves in the game:
