Porsche Book One vs Apple MacBook Pro i7 vs Surface Book 2: Which Laptop Is Best For You?

Huawei introduced an amazing 2-in-1 laptop which is called the Book One specifically made to compete with Microsoft's popular Surface Book series and Apple MacBook Pro and it has a suitably top-end name behind it. The Porsche Designs Book One was unveiled this week at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We compared and run down the specs of Book One, MacBook Pro i7 and the upcoming Surface Book 2.

Porsche Design Book One

Porsche Design Book One will arrive with Windows 10 pre-installed and features an amazing 13.3-inch QHD screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels. Interestingly, the screen can be rotated 360 degrees and can be detached in order for it to enter the tablet mode and is powered by Intel's Core i7-7500U chip. The stunning device will come equipped with 16 GB of RAM as well as 512 GB of SSD for storage space. The 2-in-1 hybrid sports a 5-megapixel front facing the camera with an infrared sensor in order for users to unlock their devices with their eyes. Moreover, the Book One comes at a towering price of $2,500 but judging by its stunning design and features, it is surely worth the price. Porsche Design Book One is set to hit the market somewhere in April.

Apple MacBook Pro with Retina display Core i7

The 15-inch MacBook Pro features the sharpest resolution you can get on an Apple laptop at 2800 x 1800 pixels, and it's brighter, richer and more dynamic. MacBook Pro i7 offers a wider color spectrum than the previous 15-incher. You can edit raw photos or 4K video editing projects with smooth performance. The AMD Radeon Pro 450 graphics inside the 15-inch MacBook Pro is a great choice. Apple also paired with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of fast flash storage. Moreover, a quad-core Core i7 CPU for ultimate horsepower. Other features include a super-large Force Touch trackpad and impressive loud stereo speakers. Price for $1899.98

Microsoft Surface Book 2: Expected Specs To Come With Kaby Lake

The Surface Book 2 is expected to arrive with a 13.5-inch display, a better graphics that improves playback of 4K video and 3D. During the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2017 event, Intel has introduced 7th generation Intel Kaby Lake processors that will be powering high-performance laptops and PCs in the near future. Rumors are rounding up in the internet suggesting that the Surface Book 2 is said to powered by Intel Kaby Lake processor, now that the chip giant has officially revealed the next-generation processors. Interestingly, the Surface Book 2 is also believed to come VR-ready as well as a larger battery with native support for USB Type-C. The Microsoft Surface Book 2 is yet to be official, however, it is expected to be released in the next coming months.
