Emma Is A Ran Away
Some spoilers suggest that the upcoming episode of "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 will open up showing Emma as a young child in 1990. She ran away from a group home and was living on the streets. Emma And Regina Are Trying To Escape The Wish Realm
In the last episode of "Once Upon A Time" Season 6, Emma and Regina were trying to escape the wish realm. In this alternate world, Emma lived as a princess, while Regina was the evil queen who was defeated. But the last episode showed Emma and Regina (of the real world) trying to escape.
Regina Will Consider Her Romance With Robin
Horowitz explained that they wanted to bring Emma back and have Regina face the things she is concerned about in "Once Upon A Time" Season 6. He said that in the wish realm, Regina will consider if it will be better for Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) if she's not around. She wanted to learn more about the Robin in the wish realm.
