Fans and players of Elder Scrolls should rejoice, as Bethesda has just released the much-awaited game Elder Scrolls: Legend. Compared to any other Bethesda released games, the Elder Scrolls: Legend is a different kind of game, one that explores a unique genre of gameplay. And knowing Bethesda, players and fans would be treated to a lot of amazing features and content.
What Is Elder Scrolls: Legend
According to EuroGamer, the Elder Scrolls: Legend is a free to play card collectible game. It takes on the style of Hearthstone but at the same time has original ideas and content specific to Bethesda and to the Elder Scrolls universe. Since last year, Bethesda has the game on beta and after a myriad of changes and updates, which were based on the feedback of players, they are proud to show to the world what they have achieved for their game Elder Scrolls: Legend in the form of a PC release.
Future Of Elder Scrolls: Legend
In an article by Gamespot , in addition to today's release, Bethesda announces that they have bigger plans in the coming months that is set to propel the game onto different heights. Amongst Bethesda's announcement is the release of a new PvE content called The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood on April 5.
The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood is set prior to the events of Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. In the content, the player takes on the role of a double agent that is hired by an evil group to infiltrate the Dark Brotherhood and to destroy them from within. Bethesda goes on to say that players would need to make important choices that would affect the missions that they would be playing and ultimately, the ending. Additionally, the PvE is divided into three sections that would introduce 25 missions and 40 new cards to the game. Players have the option to buy these sections with gold or with real money as an individual or a bundle for $20.
Aside from the new PvE, Bethesda has also released their future plans for the Elder Scrolls: Legend. On March 23, Bethesda is planning to launch the game on the iPad. By April they plan to release the game on Android devices and on May, they plan for Twitch integration. Spectator mode and Gauntlet mode will be released spring on Mac OS and in the summer, they plan to release the game on mobile devices.
Since E3 is closing in, Bethesda will most likely elaborate more of the details of their plan for Elder Scrolls: Legend by then. Hopefully, this isn't the only game that Bethesda would be discussing at this year's E3 Convention.
