2017 Chevrolet Corvette: A Practical Sports Car Packed With A Monstrous Performance

Considering the fact that people regard the Ferrari as a prestige car, they still have reasons to compare it on many fronts with the Chevrolet Corvette. The basis for comparison does not only lie in the price differential, but also in the performance of both vehicles among others. Consumers want to know why the Ferrari is costlier than the Corvette among other things, and perhaps obtain an insight into the latest 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport among others.

Chevrolet Corvette vs Ferrari

There are different types of Chevrolet Corvettes - Camaro, Impala, Silverado and Escalade among others - they all use the same Corvette engine with slight tweaks here and there. Hundreds of thousands of Corvette cars are produced yearly but less than 10,000 Ferraris are built to cater to a chosen few. This limited production gives Ferrari owners a sense of worth and respect, making them to also pay more for their autos than owners of the Corvette.

Auto analysts said the engines of the Ferrari and the Corvette are comparable in terms of power and performance, but the Corvette tends to outdo the Ferrari in terms of engine performance or rather, durability, per Forbes. However, the Ferrari's interior design tends to be more appealing with more thought dedicated to its creation than that of the Corvette, even though people find the interior of the latter more functional and technologically advanced. So if you want a practical sports car that can meet your everyday needs and other specifications, then you should go for the Corvette since it tends to be more rugged; but if you want prestige and occasional use of your sports car, then you can consider having the Ferrari.
