‘Dance Moms' Updates: Abby Lee Miller Fraud Case Finalized, Dancers Not Happy With Her Return

Right now, things are not looking good for the show “Dance Moms” as well as the owner of ALDC Abby Lee Miller. The 50-year-old dance instructor from Pittsburgh can’t seem to have a break.

Final Hearing Of Abby Lee Miller’s Fraud Case

Early this year, there were speculations that Abby Lee Miller might not make through Season 8 and the final episode of Season 7. However, fans were shocked when Abby Lee Miller showed up in the production. It was visible that no one was ready for her return. Some were happy that the pioneer of the show is back while the majority is not too pleased with Abby Lee Miller coming back. Fans are also divided when it comes to Abby Lee Miller’s situation.

The final hearing of Abby Lee Miller’s fraud case is already scheduled on March 28. The District Attorney who is handling Abby Lee Miller’s case already finalized its findings against the perfectionist dance instructor. According to a renowned web magazine, Abby Lee Miller should be spending jail time with the crime that she did in the past. The only pending question right now is, how long will Abby Lee Miller stay in the correctional facility.

Dancers Leaving The Show

Based on the crime that Abby Lee Miller committed, she should spend at least 5 years in prison. During her vacation in Mexico, Abby Lee Miller clearly stated that the crime she made didn’t hurt anybody physically and is hoping that the D.A reconsider. Also, it was reported that Abby Lee Miller’s camp made an appeal about paying a hefty amount for 2 months jail time in exchange for the 5 years that is being proposed.

In other news, Abby Lee Miller’s former babies moved on with their separate lives. Chloe Lukasiak is already with her new team and the prodigy Maddie Ziegler is more than happy she walked away from "Dance Moms”.
