Ubisoft Announces DLC Plans For Watch Dogs 2; Details Here

It seems like Watch Dogs 2 will be receiving tons of new contents going to the future as Ubisoft recently revealed its roadmap for the title. The company shows its future plans for the action-adventure game. With the released plans, players will be expecting to receive new additions that would give them more Watch Dogs 2 experience.

Surprisingly, the roadmap revealed by Ubisoft offers tons of free contents for players of the game. These contents include new co-op and PvP modes. The report said that these brand new contents will start to roll out next month.

Watch Dogs 2's April update will feature the new PvP mode known as Showdown. The said patch will arrive for free. Attack of the Fanboy reported that Showdown is an endgame contest for experienced players. The competitive matches of this new addition will arrive in three different tastes namely Steal the HDD, Erase/Protect the Servers and Doomload.

Erase/ Protect the Servers is a classic domination matches of Watch Dogs 2 with a twist. The new PvP will require players to spread out across 15 different areas, where these three modes will transition smoothly from one after another. It is expected to push players to bust their every skill out that they have learned in the whole course of the game. These skills includes shooting, diving, dynamic hacking and puzzle-solving challenges.

A new paid DLC will also arrive next month aside from the new content. The upcoming expansion pack is entitled No Compromise, which would arrive first on PS4 as part of the timed-exclusive deal between Sony and Ubisoft. Meanwhile, both Xbox One and PC platforms would receive a May release. The No Compromise DLC highlights a new mission and six-player race mode alongside other items. It also includes three new emergency service packs, new outfits and vehicles. It is noted that these are not mainly cosmetics where each vehicle and outfit comes with respective new abilities respectively.

Watch Dogs 2 will continue to receive free updates in the following months where Ubisoft revealed the details of what's coming. May focuses on smooth experience while June will integrate a four-player mode.
