The rumors of La La Land actress Emma Stone's involvement in Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding is still actively running. Not too long ago, a leaked image appeared online which is said to be Stone's character in the upcoming title. However, it has been confirmed that the picture was fake and Kojima has not confirmed anything as of now.
The image was first seen on a YouTube channel known as Glam&Gore, which recently posted a make-up video tutorial for fans to obtain the appearance of the game's art style. As seen on the video, Mykie, the host of the video tutorial, gives some tips on how to achieve Mads Mikkelsen's character in Death Stranding. Interestingly, rumor has broken out as a blurry image was seen on Mykie's photo shoot that somehow points to Emma Stone's possible Death Stranding involvement. She confirmed that the picture was from them. However, Mykie did not consider it as a leak as they did not add any context to the image.
However, fans may still expect the Stone's participation of the game as Kojima has not totally dropped the issue yet. In fact, he just recently posted several hints that relate to the rumors around Stone's possible role in the game. Emma Stone, on the other hand, is not new to video game world as she makes a brief cameo appearance in Sleeping Dogs.
Overall, it would be interesting enough to see if Kojima could manage to pull things off regarding Emma Stone's inclusion to the upcoming Death Stranding game. Additionally, the legendary game designer might also share another interesting hint for days to come. Thus, it is recommended for fans to remain mindful on each update about the upcoming game, as Game Rant reported.
Death Stranding is expected to arrive next year exclusively for PlayStation 4.
