New Rainbow Six Siege data mined information reveals the two new Hong Kong operators and the various skills in their arsenal. Moreover, there will also be new weapons, a new gadget and some skins.
Ubisoft has been gearing up for its next major update that will bring in a lot of new content to the game. While the Hong Kong update is still due in May, it seems like Ubisoft is bringing over the new things over to the Technical Test Server first. Fans have been going through some files and have been discovering some interesting things - specifically new playable characters.
Two New Hong Kong Operators And More
According to PVP Live, someone was able to data mine a few new things about the two new operators. To begin with, their names are Caltrop and Dazzler with the former having the ability to deploy both normal and poisonous mines. Dazzler, on the other hand, might specialize in non-lethal weaponry like what his/her name mentions.
That aside, the game seems to be getting a new gun called the QBZ-95, which is actually a bull-pup style automatic rifle, made in China. Moreover, this specific weapon can house an 80 round drum or a 30 round magazine. Similarly, the game might also introduce the JS9 suppressed submachine gun, which is also a China-made weapon. This SMG can hold a 30 round clip but it is still unsure to just who will be using this.
Moving on, there also seems to be a new gadget called the concussion mine that can either be a deployable item for Caltrop or something that all the characters can use. Finally, there will also be new cosmetic items arriving in the next patch, which may include a Capitao Elite Skin, Tachanka Ballistic Salvation Headgear, Tachanka Swarm Headgear, Mute Reptile Bundle and a Valkyrie Pro League Charm.

However, it seems like Ubisoft still has more plans of releasing similar content in the future. They claimed that they have at least 10 more years of new operators to come and are confident that they can further push the number of the current operators.
Fans will have to wait for further news and the official announcement of the two new Hong Kong operators. For now, they can play Rainbow Six Siege on the PC, PS4 or Xbox One.
