Nintendo NES Classic Mini Reveals Wild Update, Unlocks Secrets Of 'Legend Of Zelda'

In this Nintendo update, we focus on the NES Classic mini Edition launch secrets and a revision in the Legend of Zelda. It has been well-known that the game giant likes to hide little hints in all their latest product. Included in these little easter eggs are secret codes for hackers, the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller thank you message hidden on the D-pad and a special Breath of the Wild run code.

It appears that the wildly popular and beloved game company still has a number of secret surprises up its sleeve. Such as the little secret that has been found embedded or connected to the relaunched version of their Mini Edition console. Fans certainly are loving these surprises as demand for the games consoles, in whatever size and form, continue to skyrocket.

According to Daily Express, among the most interesting Nintendo latest updates is connected to the preloaded version of The Legend of Zelda. Apparently, the game will finally see a revision that has been long overdue. Developers of the game company have finally sorted out a 30-year-old typo that has been with it since its original launch.

The typo correction was undertaken in time for the launching of the NES Classic version. The author of the book Legends of Localization Book 1: The Legend of Zelda, Clyde Mandelin, has confirmed the change earlier this week. According to Kotaku, the typo is an extraneous “N” inserted into the English translation of The Legend of Zelda in 1987, and it has finally been removed.

Nintendo has had multiple opportunities to delete this “N” from the Legend of Zelda title. Beginning with the re-release of Zelda in a collection for the GameCube, it had several chances to do so over the years. However, as part of the launching of their beloved game console, the game company finally did it much to the surprise of fans.
