BioWare will stop at nothing to make sure that every pirate-lovers will suffer. Since Mass Effect Andromeda became available in the market, some sneaky players tried to download it illegally. However, little did they know that they cannot access every single update that will be released.
Pirates Will Not Fully Enjoy Mass Effect Andromeda
Even if others have successfully downloaded Mass Effect Andromeda from any pirate sites, they will not be able to get the updates from BioWare. The protection is included with the recently released patch for the space adventure game.
According to Polygon, BioWare made sure that the pirates cannot tamper Mass Effect Andromeda again, discouraging pirates or players to avail of cracked version, thus increasing its sales. Although the Denuvo protection is not exactly 100 percent safe, it will still give the pirates a hard time cracking the code for the second time.
Pirated copies of Mass Effect Andromeda are considered as sub-standard versions. It means that users will encounter endless bugs. Players should then ultimately decide whether to buy an original copy or settle with an imitation.
BioWare Aims To Improve Mass Effect Andromeda
As per Express, Mass Effect Andromeda encountered several bugs including animation, romance options and conversation. Since BioWare wants the players to experience a better gameplay compared to the first time it was released, the developer is actively working on a fix to solve such issues.
Some animators have commented that BioWare may have neglected how complicated the animation of faces in video games was. While the developer did roll-out a patch that provided a fix for the characters' tired faces, it might need more time to fully fix the animations problems.
Hopefully, the patch for Mass Effect Andromeda will prevent every pirate who tries to copy the game to make it free for everyone. BioWare should also continue improving every single aspect of the game to ensure worthwhile gameplay experience.
