Here's a guide on Treasure Demons and their location.
Treasure Demons In Persona 5
Treasure Demons are scattered in Palaces and Mementos and they can either pop out of destructible objects or wander around. They are particularly hard to kill or recruit due to their resistance to most forms of attack giving them a higher chance of escaping before players can pinpoint their weaknesses in Persona 5. Treasure Demons belong to eight different types according to iDigitalTimes and each has unique weaknesses and skills that can be inherited through fusion.
The eight different types of Treasure Demons are Regent (level 10), Queen's Necklace (level 15), Stone of Scone (level 20), Koh-i-Noor (level 25), Orlov (level 30), Hope Diamond (level 40) and Crystal Skull (level 50).
