5. RIP: Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade Dies of Cancer; In Last Video, He Thanks Fans and Streamers
We are, very unfortunately, starting off this rundown with very sad news. Popular Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade has passed away. He was only 23 years old and has died of cancer.
Technoblade managed to leave one last YouTube video on his channel to thank his fans and to let them know how much he appreciates them. He likewise apologized in the video for certain items he had sold in the last year, but pointed out that his siblings could now afford to go to college because of the items.
4. T-Mobile Retires Sprint's LTE Network
T-Mobile has made the decision to retired Sprint's LTE network and a company spokesperson has likewise confirmed that the shutdowns have already started. The shutdown of the LTE network follows the 3G CDMA network being take down earlier this year.
Sprint was only recently acquired by T-Mobile.
3. Has Walmart Fallen Victim to a Yanluowang Ransomware Attack?
Ransomware attacks have been rampant these days and last week, it has been reported that Walmart may have fallen victim the Yanluowang gang. The ransomware gang has claimed that they attacked Walmart over a month ago. While they have been able to encrypt certain devices, the gang says that they were not able to steal any data.
However, Walmart has refuted these allegations and said that it has not experienced any data breach.
2. Google Analytics Has Been Banned in Three European Countries - What's the Reason?
Three European countries, namely Austria, France, and Italy, have banned Google Analytics.
According to our report, "Google has been under fire from the European Union for abusing its dominant position in mobile search engines and apps."
"The usage of Google Analytics is now being pursued by an increasing number of union member states for infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation," the report adds.
