Apple's M2 MacBook Pro high-end version and Mac Mini are reportedly arriving late this year or before 2022 ends.
Apple's M2 MacBook Pro High-End Version 2022 Debut
As per the latest story by Apple Insider, the high-end variants of the M2 MacBook Pro and the all-new M2-powered Mac Mini are expected to see the light of day this 2022.
Apple has yet to confirm if it is launching the first high-end variant of its M2 MacBook Pro, as well as a new Mac Mini, which runs on the latest M2 chip.
However numerous rumors have been hinting that the Cupertino-based tech giant is working on the release of the more premium M2 MacBook Pro and M2 Mac Mini before this year reaches its final curtain call.
But this time, no less than the Bloomberg journalist, Mark Gurman, claims in his latest "Power On" newsletter that Apple plans to release more M2 offerings this year.
Gurman, who specializes in predicting all sorts of Apple stuff, had a lengthy discussion about the recent financial report of the iPhone maker.
The Bloomberg journalist points out that the dismal sales of Macs are likely due to the all-new M2 models that Apple has recently unveiled. And its delay has affected its sales figures as well.
Apart from the Apple financial results, Gurman also offered his predictions for the upcoming M2 offerings of the renowned tech giant.
He believes that the MacBook would massively rebound as Apple introduces its lineup of high-end M2 MacBook Pro models before 2022 ends.
The tech behemoth has recently debuted two new high-end models of the MacBook Pro, 14-inch and 16-inch options. However, these premium machines still sported a bumped-up version of the M1 chip, namely the Ultra and Max variants.
Apple M2 Mac Mini?
On top of the upcoming high-end M2 MacBook Pro models, Gurman also hints that Apple is working to launch the first-ever M2 Mac Mini.
It is worth noting that the Cupertino tech giant already released the 2022 M2 MacBook Pro last June 24, according to a report from IGN.
Its arrival also marks the debut of the all-new M2 chip, which also powers the 2022 MacBook Air.
While the tech giant already gave its MacBook offerings an M2 treatment, it has yet to unveil a Mac Mini counterpart.
But Gurman predicts that the wait for the M2 Mac Mini would not be that long, as the iPhone maker seeks to release it "later this year."
The "Power On" newsletter also mentions that the renowned tech giant is expectedly launching a 15-inch MacBook Air, the next generation Mac Pro and iMac in 2023.
