The iOS 16 Update Now Includes Fix To Shaky iPhone 14 Pro Camera And Copy-Paste Issues

Apple just launched another addition into their lineup and they claim that it is the most advanced yet. They introduced a new class of pro camera system with the main one being a whopping 48MP compared to the previous model's 12MP. The new phone also features a quad-pixel sensor, a Photonic Engine, and an enhanced image pipeline which according to their main website, greatly improves low-light photos.

The brochure does not include the shaky iPhone 14 Pro camera and its copy-paste issues which was mentioned in Engadget. If you just purchased or upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro, You wouldn't have to worry about these issues for long because Apple made patches as soon as the issues were made known.

The patches that will fix the issue have been released and are now included in the iOS 16.0.2 update.

Shaky Camera No More

The new proud owners of the iPhone 14 realized that while using third-party apps like TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat, the camera makes noises and shows evident shaking and rattling.

The problem has been acknowledged and the tech giant has provided a solution which is attainable by updating your iOS to the latest version. Though, according to 9to5Mac, it is best to avoid the apps that the phone is having trouble with since the rattling and shaking may damage the hardware.

Make 'Copy and Paste' Great Again

Consumers of the new Apple product also complained about the difficulty they have been experiencing with the copy-paste feature when being used between apps. Permission prompts have been appearing on the screen which usually does not happen.

Even Apple senior manager Ron Huang admitted to it being unexpected, as stated in Engadget. There is still no definite answer to when this could be resolved, but the company is already testing iOS 16.1 betas that may include a fix. Even with that, they still have no definite time table as to when it will be released.

New Phone, New Problems

There have been other issues since the release of the new iPhone 14 Pro, and that includes data transferring from another iPhone, which users claim is unresponsive. To add to that, Apple's main features like iMessage and FaceTime are riddled with launch bugs and would not activate the way it should.

Also, it seems that the iPhone 14 is sometimes unable to receive FaceTime calls or iMessage. If this is not resolved even after updating to the latest version of the iOS, 9to5Mac suggests that you change the settings on your app.

For the iMessage, go to 'Cellular' on your Settings and enable your phone line. Still under Settings, tap Messages, then Send & Receive. Select the phone number you intend to use for your iMessage. The same goes with FaceTime. Go to Settings, Tap on Settings, and then FaceTime, and finally, tap on the number you will use for the app.
