Of all the sitcoms out on Netflix, "The Big Bang Theory" is one of the most famous. Revolving around the lives of Sheldon, Leonard, Penny, Howard, Raj, Bernadette, and Amy, the show has given us key moments that made us the most.
1. When Penny Gave the Best Gift
When the group was exchanging gifts, Sheldon decided to buy several to know which one to give depending on what he will receive from Penny. To his surprise, he was given the best gift ever. Knowing that he was a Leonard Nimoy fan, Penny gave Sheldon a signed napkin.
The best part about the gift was not the signature, for Sheldon, it was the fact that Leonard Nimoy wiped his face using the napkin, thus giving him a DNA sample. That meant that he could "grow his own Leonard Nimoy."
2. Sheldon's Drunken Speech
Drunk Sheldon is the best version of him, especially since it amplifies Shledon's well-hidden goofy side and his manners go out the window in the funniest way possible. If you don't recall, the genius resorted to alcohol to get over his stage fright for the public speech.
Of course, the humiliation did not end with the speech and continued to the morning after. Upon waking up, he realized that he had lost his pants, followed by seeing what he had done posted on YouTube. Let's not forget the "dark side of the moon" and "Uranus" joke.
3. When Howard Found Screaming Bernie Sexy
Around the time that Howard and Bernadette got engaged, Howard's mom suffered a heart attack. Bernadette was led to believe that it was the engagement that caused it, only to be clarified by Mrs. Wolowitz that it was not.
This resulted in her getting mad at Howard and yelling at him in a way that sounds like his mother. Upon her leaving, Howard said that Bernie sounds sexy when she's angry, effectively grossing out Raj and Leonard.
4. Sheldon in the Ball Pit
In the "The Einstein Approximation" episode, Sheldon was stuck trying to solve an advanced physics problem. Watching him descend to chaotic exhaustion was already funny enough, but the ball pit scene was the cherry on top.
Leonard attempts to catch Sheldon as he swims under the thousands of balls in the pit, uttering "Bazinga" every time he emerged far from Leonard. This was basically where the iconic word became a huge association with the show.
5. Amy's Punishment for Lying
Amy ends up canceling her and Sheldon's date for being sick, but Sheldon ended up taking care of Amy, even singing "Soft Kitty" to her. Amy realized that she liked it when her boyfriend took care of her and pretended to still be sick.
When Sheldon found out, he said that there would have to be a punishment for her actions. Upon finding out that the punishment was spanking, Amy tried to hide that she actually like the sound of it, enjoying the "punishment" Sheldon was giving her.
