Microsoft has started rolling out its Home experience for all Xbox series X|S and Xbox One consoles.
"This update is designed from player feedback and makes it easier to discover new games, rediscover games you already love, connect with communities, and create a more personalized experience," senior product manager lead for Xbox Experiences, Ivy Krislov wrote on a blog post.
Initially released to Xbox Insiders, Team Xbox implemented various changes to meet the requests from their users while maintaining its fresh look.
New Xbox Home UI
The Home UI creates more space for customized background by simplifying the layout and putting the recently played games and content towards the bottom of the screen.
Additionally, users can change their background to highlight the game in the recently played list. Users can also pin their favorite games, curated groups, and system groups like Quick Resume to Home.
Xbox also updated the Friends & Community Updates row for gamers who want to stay on top of the Xbox news.
Xbox Home UI Availability
Currently, the Home experience is only available to selected consoles. However, Xbox assured that it will be available over the course of few weeks.
For those who can try the new UI, Xbox provided a walk through guide with the customization options.
Using the Add to Home feature, users can go ahead to their favorite game or app straight from their Home Screen. Other customizations, is also available.
