This was not the first time Apple collaborated with PlayStation. The tech giant previously offered a free six-month subscription to Apple TV+ to console owners in 2021.

The offer can be redeemed as soon as Nov. 15, today.

How to Redeem Apple Music Offer on PS5

The free Apple Music can be redeemed by accessing the app from the PS5 console. It can be found under the "All apps' in Media Home, or from the PS5 search bar.

For new users, they first need to download and install the Apple Music app. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.

PS5 owners just have to present their Apple ID and PlayStation Network account to redeem.
