The past years have shown us many great games full of beautiful graphics, engaging gameplay, and compelling stories.
Many were even awarded recognitions for their contribution to the gaming world.
Yet despite the wide regard, many of these games are still locked away behind PC and consoles.
More games are being ported to mobile nowadays, yet developers of these games seem to refuse to let these titles find their own community in the mobile gaming scene.
So, here are some of the PC games that deserve a mobile port. Maybe in the future, they will truly receive a phone adaptation.
1. Fallout
This is one of the wishes that has elapsed fans of the franchise for a long time.
It has been years since the last Fallout game but Bethesda has only given us the Fallout Shelter game, an idle management game far from the usual gameplay of the beloved franchise.
Bethesda has released several versions of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to almost all platforms imaginable but has yet to give us a decent Fallout mobile game.
The mobile port doesn't even need to have notable improvements from its PC version, honoring the game by letting more people experience it is enough on itself.
Plus, imagine all the fun new bugs and glitches that players will experience when the game really moves to mobile.
2. Cult of the Lamb
The gameplay concept of the Cult of the Lamb is not really new in the mobile scene of gaming nor a similar game has not yet been ported to the phone.
In fact, rogue-like dungeon crawler game Hades has been announced to arrive soon on iOS devices. It is surprising the same thing for the Cult of the Lamb hasn't happened yet.
Adapting the game for a mobile version might be the best idea to introduce more casual players into the weird, hilarious, and horrifying world of the Cult of the Lamb.
3. Undertale
Modern gaming phones have enabled more fast-paced games to become available on smaller devices, yet one of the beloved titles like Undertale remains a PC and Switch exclusive.
Multiple copies of the game can already be seen on Google Play Store, it is only the right time for the original to take back its place.
The game has a great soundtrack and emotional story many of the popular mobile games endorse nowadays. It really fits the bill!
4. The Last of Us
We have seen Naughty Dog remastering and readapting The Last of Us series into multiple platforms but have yet to see them announce that it is coming on mobile devices.
It is not like bringing the game to mobile is impossible. It has been proven before that even high-graphic games like Life is Strange can be ported to phones and that was in 2018.
Phone capacity has already made leaps to keep up with modern computers so it's not far that some models can actually handle a graphic-demanding game like The Last of Us.
In fact, an announcement of a mobile version will be a great companion in the eventual release of either The Last of Us III or the second season of its live adaptation.
5. Stray
Adventure games have been a staple for mobile video games. The 2022 cat game Stray would be an immediate hit among many players as it does on PC and consoles.
Yes, there might be some performance reductions to accommodate low-end phones but the game should hold normal in most cases. There is already a Stray copy game to prove that point.
