EA Sports Reveals 'F1 24' Global Launch on May 31

EA announced EA Sports' "F1 24" will be holding its global launch on May 31 for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via the EA app, Epic Games Store and Steam.

The studio also revealed a pre-order bonus for "F1 23" players which features the Time Trial challenges with selected all-new 2024 team cars.

EA Sports' 'F1 24' Hits Gamers in May

"F1 23" launched in June last year and was met with mixed reactions but still favorable to racing lovers. After almost a year, EA announced that this year's sequel is ready to launch.

While EA only teased the announcement of the game, the studio revealed that players can expect an overhauled career mode, a new EA Sports dynamic handling system and more. More details will be revealed in the following months.

"For the first time, our 'F1 23' players can now connect immediately with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams ahead of this weekend's first Lights Out," senior creative director at Codemasters Lee Mather stated.

EA Sports' 'F1 24' Comes With Surprises

In order to boost the hype for the game, EA shared that a limited-time offer of loyalty program rewards will be given to drivers who own any "F1 2021," "F1 22" and "F1 23" with a 15% discount when they pre-purchase the "F1 24" Champions Edition.

In addition, players will also receive McLaren and Alpine 2023 F1 esports liveries which will be carried on seamlessly to "F1 24." Meanwhile, the digital-exclusive Champions Edition offers the drivers two Formula 1 icons, 18,000 bitcoin and an F1 World Bumper Pack.

Gamers who opt to pre-order will also have three-day early access to the game starting May 28. All pre-orders will also come with one bonus VIP Podium Pass. As for the Standard Edition, players will receive 5,000 bitcoin and F1 World Starter Pack.
