Online reports have shown that one hacker managed to access an unreleased character called Deathstroke. The hacker also had all the associate gear of the character. However, fans noticed that the model for Deathstroke fails to load when viewed by other players.
Warner Bros. quickly responded to the situation and removed the assets from posts that were published in the last 24 hours to refrain from spreading the leak.

Many fans of the franchise were excited about the game during its announcement. However, the game failed to meet the expectations of the fans leading to disappointment for some.
Moreover, Warner Bros. also acknowledged that the game "has fallen short" of their expectations. Other game development companies are also aware of the challenges in the industry today.
"This year, Suicide Squad, one of our key video game releases in 2024, has fallen short of our expectations since its release earlier in the quarter, setting our games business up for a tough year-over-year comp in Q1," said Gunnar Wiedenfels, Warner Bros. Discovery CFO.
